New cases start as "pending_review" and won't show up publicly until you approve them in Supabase's Table Editor — same review step as before, just for real cases now.

Case saved. Now add one or more images to it (PNG/JPEG — see the architecture doc for why not raw DICOM). Before uploading, double check yourself that nothing identifying is visible in the image — there's no automated check for that yet, this is on you for now.
